User Generated Content ("UGC") refers to the content added by users as opposed to content created by the Site. All content uploaded to "High Committee" by our users is User Generated Content. A good example of this would be the forum / message boards area. We do not check user uploaded/created content for appropriateness, violations of copyright, trademarks, other rights, or violations. The user uploading/creating such content shall be solely responsible for it and the consequences of using, disclosing, storing, or transmitting it.
